Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

The Services are provided by Miu Games, No. 63, Alley 77, Lua Street, Van Phuc Village, Ha Dong, Hanoi, Vietnam (“Miu Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), unless a Service identifies another provider. A Service may include additional rules, offer terms, or app-store terms. Those additional terms form part of your agreement for that Service and control only to the extent of a conflict.

2. Eligibility and guardians

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. Do not use a Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

3. Limited license

Subject to these Terms, Miu Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the applicable Service on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. The Service is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

• Use a Service unlawfully, fraudulently, to harm another person, or to violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Copy, sell, rent, distribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works of a Service except as expressly permitted by us or by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, discover source code, or bypass a technical protection, except to the limited extent applicable law does not allow that restriction.
• Use bots, cheats, exploits, automation, unauthorized mods, or other means that disrupt gameplay, alter results, avoid ads or payments, or create an unfair advantage.
• Introduce malware, overload or probe systems, interfere with another user, access a Service or account without authorization, or scrape data where we have not permitted it.
• Remove ownership notices, impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use a Service to build a competing product through unauthorized access.

5. Device content and product-specific responsibilities

Some Services access or process content on your device only when you select a feature. You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed for any file or content you open, import, record, edit, play, save, or share.

• Emulator tools. Unless expressly stated, we do not provide commercial game files, firmware, encryption keys, or unauthorized copies. Use only homebrew, public-domain, licensed, or lawfully obtained content. References to third-party systems or trademarks do not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
• Audio tools. Use volume-amplification features responsibly. Prolonged exposure to loud sound can damage hearing, and very high output may damage speakers or cause distortion.
• Camera and recording tools. Obtain any consent required before recording or sharing another person's voice, image, communications, or private activity.
• Storage or cleaning tools. Review a proposed deletion carefully and maintain backups. We do not guarantee that deleted local files can be recovered or that a utility will produce a particular device-performance result.

6. Accounts and security

If a Service supports accounts, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account to the extent permitted by law. We may reject a misleading or offensive display name and may require reasonable verification to recover or delete an account.

7. Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items

• Purchases are processed by the app store or payment provider shown at checkout and are also governed by its payment, cancellation, and refund rules.
• A recurring subscription renews automatically for the disclosed period unless you cancel it through your platform account before renewal. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices and taxes may vary by country and platform. We may change future prices after any notice required by the platform or law.
• Virtual currency, lives, boosts, or other virtual items are a limited license for use only within the relevant Service. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed unless the Service expressly allows it.
• Except where law or platform rules require otherwise, completed purchases are final and unused virtual items may be lost when a Service or account is terminated.

8. App stores, ads, and third-party services

A Service may depend on or link to an app store, operating system, advertising provider, analytics tool, sign-in service, social feature, website, or other third-party service. Their terms and privacy policies govern their products. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices, although we remain responsible where applicable law says otherwise.

Apple, Google, and other marketplaces are not parties to these Terms and do not sponsor our Services. Their applicable end-user license and usage rules also apply when you download a Service from their marketplace. For support relating to the Service itself, contact Miu Games rather than the marketplace unless its rules state otherwise.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Please review it together with app permission screens, consent choices, and store disclosures before using a Service.

10. Ownership, user content, and feedback

Miu Games and our licensors own the Services, including software, design, artwork, text, audio, trademarks, and other content, except for third-party or user-owned material. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You keep ownership of content you submit. When you intentionally upload or submit content to a Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, protect, and provide that Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, legal, or shared-content needs.

If you provide ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, but we are not required to use them.

11. Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, add, or remove features and content, or discontinue a Service. We will give notice where reasonably practicable or legally required. You may need to install updates to continue using a Service. We do not promise that every Service, feature, saved state, or online function will always be available or compatible with every device.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, or if we discontinue the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that a game result, utility recommendation, storage estimate, audio output, compatibility result, or third-party content will be accurate or meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miu Games and our affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from a Service. Our total liability for all claims concerning a Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for that Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Miu Games for reasonable losses and costs resulting from your unlawful use of a Service, your content, or your material breach of these Terms or another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Miu Games.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us with a description of the issue and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. If it is not resolved, the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to use another law or forum. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for changes to a Service, our business, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
